How early should I book my move?
Book as soon as your date is known. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is recommended and more time is helpful for month-end, weekends, larger homes and commercial relocations.
Is the online quote the final price?
The form begins the estimating process. Final pricing depends on the confirmed scope, access, inventory, travel and services. Changes to the move may change the final amount.
Can you pack only part of my home?
Yes. You can request full packing, selected rooms, fragile-item packing or supplies only. Tell us what should be included when requesting a quote.
Do I need to empty dressers and appliances?
Heavy, fragile or loose contents should usually be removed. Refrigerators and freezers must be emptied, defrosted and prepared before transport. Your coordinator will confirm item-specific preparation.
What items require advance notice?
Pianos, safes, artwork, antiques, glass, large appliances, gym equipment, unusually heavy furniture and items requiring special access must be disclosed before booking.
Are there items movers cannot take?
Hazardous materials, fuel, propane, explosives, illegal goods, perishable food and certain chemicals cannot be carried. Keep medications, important documents, valuables and essential personal items with you.
What if my building has an elevator?
Reserve the elevator and loading area with your building before move day. Include the booking window, floor number and loading instructions in your quote request.
Do you provide commercial moving?
Yes. We can plan office, warehouse, equipment and internal business moves. Commercial projects may require a walkthrough and a staged schedule.
